Using the basic principles of Hatha Yoga ...A
branch of yoga which uses asanas, breath, and meditation to achieve
self-transformation and self-transcendence. The translation of the
two syllables in the word Hatha are ha meaning "sun" and tha
meaning "moon." The reference to the sun and the moon relates to
the balance of masculine aspects–active, hot, sun–and feminine
aspects–receptive, cool, moon–within all of us.
